Let's talk about style for a while, shall we?
I have plans to someday share some unique items from A Mother of Thousands that serve a good purpose as well, but for now am thrilled to introduce you to Noonday Collection, I know you will not be disappointed!
I joined Noonday Collection as an Independent Ambassador in 2015 and share more about my decision and my relationship with personal style at Why I Noonday. Sharing the message of Noonday Collection has meant so much more to me than selling accessories. Noonday has helped me own my “style ethos” of dressing or decorating in a way that is “lovely” on a deeper level.
When I feel loved, I dress and decorate in a way that simply feels and looks “lovely” and frees me up from chasing perfection or trend. Noonday Collection reminds me of God’s love for us, for me, for women…and we all need reminders of how much we are loved.
At trunk shows I bring 3 stories: Noonday’s story, God’s story and my story. I consider it a privilege to share about our artisan partners who are enjoying dignified employment thanks to the marketplaces we create in homes and business offices or church events around the country! Jalia was our first artisan entrepreneur from Uganda (pictured top left), and today she and her husband Daniel own a thriving business that employs over 400 artisans in their community.
The goodness echoes in our local communities as well! When a local woman opens her home up to other women for fellowship, she is planting small and naturally risks rejection. Growing and loving are just not easy! But her vulnerable hospitality carries irresistible beauty…so I try to honor that by creating a beautiful display and welcoming her women warmly, saturating the entire experience in prayer. If you are considering a trunk show, feel free to ask me for testimonials, they are out there! Or just shop right now in the comfort of your stretchy pants too, because there is a time and place when stretchy pants are just the right style!
